

A wellness, vitality and energy group for women of ALL sizes and ALL ages to come together in movement, fun and encouragement!!
We meet Sunday mornings at various places throughout the greater Hamilton area for walking or jogging – at your own pace and for your own length of time! Any movement is better than none, one day a week is better than none and every footstep is one step closer to a happier and more energetic mental, emotional and physical well-being!
We encourage each other to LIVE LIFE to its fullest and to be as healthy and fit as we each choose to be! If you are a beginner, come out and walk for whatever length of time you choose – ˝ hour, 1 hour, maybe 45 minutes, or maybe your first goal is to walk 4km, no matter how long it takes you. Gradually your body will adjust, and believe me, your body WILL adapt quicker than you think and then you can set a longer distance or time goal for yourself. This is a ‘movement group’ and it is not about anyone saying “we’re going to do this distance in this amount of time, so be ready to move!”
If that is the kind of group you are searching for then this is not for you. I firmly believe, from my own personal experience, that the only way to truly be successful is to SUCCEED FOR YOURSELF! This is NOT a diet group. This is a WELLNESS group!
